If something sounds too easy to be true, it typically is. In the case of the night-night method this comes in the form of it being super hard to get right. No real harm in giving it a shot, just know that it could take many attempts to actually get it to work.

If done right it is very reliable, the blood choke is used by marines and other military units to quickly kill(or subdue) opponents. What puzzles me is that the sweet spot is so important, looking at MMA tutorials, no mentions of sweet spots, their massive elbows seem to engulf the whole neck.Similar threads
