Help How painful is it to CTB via suffocation?

I've been considering my options and if I were to take a pain reliever or two and wait for those to kick in first, how painful would it be to say wrap some plastic around my face and die? Also, if I went to sleep with it on my face, would it be painful enough to wake up from or would I just die in my sleep?

I have a method that works similar to this way and some have warned me that it can be very annoying but honestly I don't care anymore, I don't think I have any realistic alternatives; however, it can be made more humane with sedatives and painkillers.
