It's been 3 days since I last ate. Honestly I have no energy or desire to consume food. I drink water and that's about it. Maybe some people here experience this as well?
I eat one meal a day, sometimes not until late in the evening. And sometimes a bowl of cereal aside from said meal. Caffeine is my main energy source otherwise.
There is one thing I would like to tell you just for your health- a lot of small meals per day was promoted as a healthy way to eat for as long time, but then science caught up with this and found out that it isn't because it causes blood sugars to spike so many times per day and this can lead to diabetes. so it is best to have two or three meals oer day, maybe a snack is ok. This promotion of many sdmall meals per day actually didn't take into account how blood sugars and iunsulin work. Just letting you know because this was misinformatino for a while.I am atypical anorexic and I am obsessed by my weight. I eat quite often. It is hard to count. If we count all breaks like 8 meals a day. I am thin. I am only eating healthy stuff. It is my coping strategy for hunger to eat only small portions. Currently I have a lot of stress. I cope by drinking water. I think on some days I drink more than 6 liter water.
I doubt that diabetes in likely in my case. I don't eat sweets for like a decade. I don't drink alcohol. And my blood is often tested and they always say you are perfectly healthy. Yeah and then I think. There is only one thing I am a mental wreck. If you like the eating plan how it is you can do this, but sometimes it is just easier to prepare two meals in a dy rather than to9 prepare eight or whatever. Anyway, to help your mental state, a couple of the biggest things are anetwork of support of family, friends, and possibly a relatinoship, and then financial concerns, plus any physical health concerns. How is your social suppot network of family and friends? Then are some good strategies for getting suportive friends that might be worth chatting about.I doubt that diabetes in likely in my case. I fear other things. Some forms of cancer. I won't elaborate on that story now. It is kind of embarrassing. But I think the likelihood for me to get diabetes is pretty low. I should fear other conditions way more.
