Can also cause vomiting. But you can take anti nausea to lessen that. We don't truly know what happens bc it's fatal and nobody can report. Dignitas says it's easy but they also reported times when someone had a hard time.

Not long. Google dignitas. There's stories that come up where there was an atypical response. Sick like vomiting. And taking longer to die than what they are used to

I've always understood the reason meto is the preferred anti emetic is that even if you are one of those who throw up, the stuff has passed through already and won't come back up. Would like clarity on this.

Similarly, some people taking a while to die is well known, that's why 12 hours is recommended just to be sure, but afaik you still pass out within seconds. Everything after that is just sleep, right?
