Help How much SN should I take?

I can't seem to find how much SN I should buy or take (for reference I'm 5'9 (69 cm) and 140lb (63kg))

Edit: I read through the SN Megathread. I'm not sure what I'm going to need for this method, any advice helps.

It's 15g of SN in 50-100ml of water.

So my methode, partial suspension hanging might be a better choice?
