How much SN should I drink

If I weigh 100 kg, how much SN should I drink? 25 grams will probably not be enough? I'm very tired of life

I don't know the answer exact answer off the top of my head, but I've seen people talk about this a few times in the mega thread:) have you checked it out?

25 grams of SN for people up to 100 kilograms.
35 grams of SN for people over 100 kilograms.
