1000+ppm is possible. You just have to do a lot of research on this website and the internet. I'm in the process of researching too. And then test an
extremely small amount like 0.1 of a ML of each in small flasks and wearing gas mask ,protective suit, gloves. H2S is extremely deadly and hazardous to humans and all living things. If I choose this method I'd like to be able to test it and have a meter to make sure the 1000ppm could be reached with the actual chemicals i have on hand. It's just math to calculate for a larger area. If I can't do all that actuall testing because of money location etc. then I might just have to work it out just on paper and hope for the best but that's risky. Testing it does seem like a very difficult and involved process though. If you do choose this method of H2S you have to do it in an isolated outside area far away from people and put warning signs so others don't get hurt as Hydrogen sulfide is extremely dangerous to people. As this chart shows I'd like to get 2000ppm instant death for me.
Hydrogen sulfide gas concentration ppm (parts per million in air):
200-300 | Marked conjunctivitis and respiratory tract irritation after 1 hour. Pulmonary edema may occur from prolonged exposure. |
500-700 | Staggering, collapse in 5 minutes. Serious damage to the eyes in 30 minutes. Death after 30-60 minutes. |
700-1000 | Rapid unconsciousness, "knockdown" or immediate collapse within 1 to 2 breaths, breathing stops, death within minutes. |
1000-2000 | Nearly instant death |
