Help How much Antiemetics should i take?

I have a bunch of 10 mg metoclopramide and a bunch of 4 mg Zofran. I weigh 220 pounds. If I wanted to take SN, how much meto and Zofran should I take?

??? Against the rules. All we do is basically provide info to each other on how to exactly kill ourselves.. if it was against the rules then his guide would be against the rules also.. I'm just so confused.. does it really say that Somewhere? I'm too lazy to check
