How does that work? Are you doing it out of frustration with your shortcomings?I dont tend to punch or slap myself but i do sometimes get myself in a headlock for a few mins. Maybe 2 times a week.

No I get frustrated with myself, hitting oneself is often seen in autism. I'm autistic and have done it If I have a major autistic meltdown

You could end up hurting yourself!
I'd recommend the energy goes outward instead, though. Punching a pillow or mattress or sonething like that just to get the energy out instead of attacking yourself

Not really, sometimes I imagine smashing my own skull with a cinder block. Especially when I do something incredibly stupid.I unintentionally visualise a baseball bat smashing my head in pretty much every night before sleep. Sounds pretty weird typing that out...
