I find that if I work more hours, the worse my suicidal thoughts get. The work I've done requires my focus so I don't have much time during a shift to think, but as soon as I clock out, or if there is downtime, the thoughts are more extreme. It's like my mind is catching up on the time that I wasn't spending thinking about suicide.

Work 40 h a week. I am very suicidal. I must work full-time because of the circumstances of my life. I guess I'd feel better if I could work less. But it's impossible.

My job is one of those that doesn't want to give full time so it's just under ~30. But lately it's been less due to Covid & just being hated by the management there.
