Lorazepam is a medium-acting benzo. Diazepam is a long acting benzo. I don't know how many mg of Lorazepam you need instead of Diazepam.
1tablet is 1mg yeah. at least the ones I have are.
it last long though. think the half life is like 16h. if I take it mid day ill sleep like a rock that night.

personnally I would aim so that it somewhat knocks me out. so like 5 or 6mg. problem with that is you need tp drink sn within a window before you pass out from the sn. I recomend reading up on Lorazopam to figure out how much you would need to black out with your body weight etc. assuming it blacks you out I saw that there could be a loss with your motor functions so you might start flailing because of the loss... google the OD amount etc...
Any increased dose above the recommended prescribed dose is an overdose. The amount of overdose depends on what you want to achieve with the dose.
Better 30 mg, than no benzos. But this is only my personal opinion, but no recommendation.

Do you have any idea how to spread the olanzepine as antimetic in the 48 or 24 hour regime ?
