How long will a ligature mark stay visible?

Why did you fail and how long did you hang for? Did you black out? And was it full suspension?

It was full suspension, I was saved after I passed out. So it was maybe about 30 seconds to 1 Minute I think

I'm worried I will fail because I fail at partial. I weigh 241 so maybe I have too much neck fat or muscle. Did you ever try partial and what do you weigh if you don't mind me asking?

When I was hanging myself (I was 20) I weight about 65kg. For full suspension fat is not a problem it will work if the rope and the suspenion point holds your weight

When I experimented but didn't really try properly, there was a mark that lasted for a few hours. I would recommend getting a scarf or polo neck or something in case of failure.

I was in my bathroom,i was going to do partial,everything was fine,i have my cord around my neck,and i started filling pain in my jaw
i just needed to let go my legs,but i got really scared,so i backed out,it takes a lot of courage for the final step

I used a cloth for it and even though I was practicing partial, got a little red mark which will last for about 1 day I guess.
