Help How long sn stay in water before it goes ineffective?

I want to get as sleepy as I can before taking the sn, so I premade it, how long do I have before it becomes unusable?

What about how long can it last when you mix it before drinking it? I have cognitive issues so it will take me a little longer to weigh and pour. Can I mix the sn glasses say a half hour before drinking?
