according to the pph (administration of N section) ingesting 100ml @ 60mg/ml leads to death usually within 1-2 hours, though mentions there are some drugs that can lead to tolerance and in that case a larger dose is recommended.

*edit - additionally, i know i've seen elsewhere a more specific chart showing death to be more quick (within minutes) preceded by sleep within a few minutes
