When i first tried it was like 20 seconds i could hold my breath then extreme pain started and i had to breathe . Then i read up on freedivers. and i practiced a little with the correct kind of practice that freedivers do. Now I am able to hold my breath 2 minutes 30 seconds. I'd like to get to 5 mintues like freedivers can. Then it's soyonara for me freediving blackout here i am!
