good exercise to display willpower...

i realised i have no willpower at all...basically after 30 seconds i start to move and my brain goes into full panic mode even though i know there must be enough oxygen for at least 2 minutes...

longest i managed to do today were 47 seconds..

cant even hold my breathe for a minute how can i possibly get the willpower to kill myself


im very depressed.

I basically give up after around 10 because it is unpleasant. Well there goes my partial suspension planning

i just read 2min can be achieved within 1 day if you do some exercises from freediving...but in the end it all comes down to willpower...i just saw a documentary about a selection process of military divers and a few guys passed out after 140seconds while walking under water

I have smoked between 20 and 40 cigarettes a day for the last 17 years...but I just timed myself holding my breath and I was able to last for 96 seconds. I'm not surprised because I can still run far distances without being out of breath even though I'm a heavy smoker.
