Help How likely is it for a seizure to make you fall from the bed?

Since SN is likely to cause seizures, is there any anti-seizure drug that can be taken? I know seizures don't cause pain, but the issue is it can make you fall from the bed and I already have musculoskeletal issues so I'm scared of fractures and stuff...
