How is tagamet taken with sn?

Hi. Thank you to whoever put the new information from the pph about tagamet. How is it taken and can you substitute it for something else? Does it say that you need to take it the same time as antiemitic? (I'm sorry if this already posted in the stickit's I only have my mobile phone and can't read it)
