How I do have access to the chat?

Hello, I've been an SS user for a few years. And I remember having an open chat.
Do you know if it was get rid of the website or do I have ask for mod/admin for having access?

You need a certain account age and a few more posts. Then u will find a speech bubble left to the search bar.

I have only been a user for a few days but I managed to get chat after posting a bit
