Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

All you would need to do is commit blasphemy or insult the powers that be, perhaps fart in their general direction, and they would execute you! As long as there was no torture beforehand, this would be a reliable way to CTB.
No need to even get to the point of CTB… Most likely just die before you're even conscious with the high infant mortality rate XD

Sylvia Plath literally did it by sticking her head in the oven. Something accessible in every home. The sleeping tablets they gave out were a lot stronger and more potentially dangerous than anything you can get nowadays.
If you wanna go to medieval Europe like you're talking about sure you could just insult the Church or the Crown of whatever country you happen to be in. If you're a woman you could be seen to practice "witchcraft". Publicly say the Earth revolves around the sun, insult the Pope or the King. The only thing about those is I really wouldn't like to be burnt at the stake. Like for those deaths they didn't just execute them they made an example of them to scare everyone else into falling in line. I'll take the over, thank you haha.
N was literally prescribed to suburban housewives from the 1930s-1960s as "mothers little helpers", for anxiety, insomnia, and the daily drudgery of being a repressed suburban house mom. Abuse was common.
