How foolproof is SN?

How foolproof is SN? I mean, if I take one teaspoonful and don't throw it up, how high are my chances of ctb?

I would learn the protocol and the reasons for the protocl- it's not a method that playing around with doing it halfway makes sense- yo0u can damage yorself without ctb. PLease read Stan's Guide and reviews as many posts as possible to see successes and failures wsith this method.

Taking just one teaspoon would be a mistake. Take the full dose with antiemetics and backup glasses if you puke, or it's asking to fail.
