A friend tried several times with fentanyl and gave himself permanent nerve damage.

You didn't get fentanyl then or you just got a high tolerance...as little as 1mg kills.

Whenever I get my hands on enough heroin to OD I always enjoy it too much to wanna OD. Also have fear of how it'll feel to die cos choking on vomit is pretty much guaranteed considering the smallest amount makes me vomit if I haven't used in a while. We get the best most pure heroin here in Australia and it's super easy to source on the DW. Pretty expensive addiction to fund and addiction sucks once it has you in its grip you become a slave to it.

never done it. what should I expect? at first atleast. the comeup. just want to buy more then enough from somewhere reliable to od on.
