How does one get fentanyl?

In general terms, what does one ask for? How do you find a drug dealer? Can you get someone else to get it for you?

It is prob easier to dind dealers in big, especially major cities (if you are in the US, probably the same in other countries). It really helps to have a network of friends, I think that's how most people find their dealers.

Cities like Philadelphia are experiencing an epidemic of drug use and addiction bigger than they can handle (see youtube videos), so it is probably easier to obtain these things there. But it does not mean it is without risk, it is still very advisable to know some people who can recommend a reliable dealer.

I live in LosAngeles.... and its all over the place. Venice Beach dealers are selling fentanyl pills for $1 a pop.... millions of these pills come across the border along with the120,000+ month illegals walking across the border ...so the streets are flooded with it. Easy to buy. And the cops here in LA doesn't care about drug dealing....because the jails are full and prosecutors don't have time for dealer cases.

Yes.... and you can see society falling apart here.... with lawlessness, out of control crime, 100,000 homeless people wandering the city.... trash and human shxt all over the place.... well over 2 million illegals reside in Los Angeles. its the future for the rest of western civilisation....

I'm not in the USA; I'm in Ireland. Things are different here, but not a lot better. Entire parts of my beloved city of Dublin have been reduced to filthy slums. Most people either don't notice, or they do not care. I agree with you that the West is done.

Things are not as simple, unfortunately. I wish they were. But a decaying society is an imprecise term, it can mean just about anything. And even cities with drug epidemics like Philadelphia, LA and others, people who claim that it is easy to purchase these substances there, do not necessarily know dealers. One has to be careful if uninitiated with the streets.
