How does one failed suicide attempt with SN?

I was reading the wiki about SN and i was wondering how does one failed suicide attempt via SN? is it even possible? how do i prevent it?

Just like any other method, you can fail SN ctb by simply not following the correct procedure. SI doesn't count as failure, IMO, as it's a variable mostly out of your control.
