I don't get it. I would use a belt as a rope, but where am I supposed to place it to pass out within seconds? Is my understanding correct that I need to lift myself up with my toes and lean... where the hell should I even lean towards? Forward? Just how loud (silent) is it going to be? Should I blast some heavy music in the background to decrease noise? Should I drink some alcohol before it to reduce anxiety or would that only end up in me throwing up?
Also is the belt enough to hold my weight?? (I'm 50 kg/100 lb thank fuck )
