• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

idk for the last few months ive been slowly and internally isolating myself, i think because i know what im gonna do and im subconsciously preparing for it.
no one in my life knows the true extent of my suicidal thoughts (im sure this is the case for many others on here). my boyfriend and my family really do love me and support me, i know theyd be devastated and i want to do everything i can to leave them with some kind of closure. i dont want them to blame themselves, but idk how to even start with writing the letters. what do i even say? do i handwrite it or schedule send an email? maybe im getting too ahead of myself bc i dont even have an SN source yet (plus im a dumbass and bought the wrong SN from amazon - check my post history lol) or any concrete CTB plan, just a strong resolve to do it.

im already planning on breaking up with my bf tomorrow to sever the bond and hopefully desensitise him a bit.

i think writing it early is fine, as you then might be able to look back on it with a clear mind and change anything you think needs to be changed.

i don't know if i'll do handwritten because mine is not easy to read, but if yours is readable, i think handwritten is good because it's something physical and it's something that belongs to you more (since it's your personal handwriting and not just words on the computer), it can be good if people want to hold on memories and have some closure

your username was such a slap in the face lol because my bf says that to me when he misses me. damn lol

but you're right, handwritten would be better and more personal. i think i have pretty legible handwriting so i should be good

It's up to you what to write in the letter, but I would say things like there's nothing that you could have done, this is what I wanted and explain why suicide was what you wished for, I guess that writing things like that could mean that those left behind are less likely to be left with as many unanswered questions as they have some kind of explanation but anyway I wish you the best.
