• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

exhaust your body & mind to the fullest and afterwards eat your favorite meal, it can help sometimes.

I surround myself with positive and upbeat people when I can because their energy rubs off on me and helps me to feel better for a short time. I distract myself a lot with creative things and I've recently got back into reading. I like that I get lost in someone else's story instead of mine when reading.

Thanks for taking the time to respond guys, I've tried keeping myself occupied but when I snap back to reality I just end up feeling worse.

I try to hang around friends but sometimes I feel like they get annoyed with me so I've been trying to not really interact with them when I feel so negative

I have so many things to keep busy with, I don't know where to begin.

Lately I sleep as much as possible and read this forum when other things (many of which I keep putting off - see above) don't get in the way.

So far this forum has kept me from stepping back to the edge - so, it is like therapy, I suppose.

I also "self-medicate" with alcohol.

That temporarily kills the pain, but it always comes back.
