• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

It appears that this was done by mistake and has been reversed by Google. It may take a few hours for you to stop seeing those warnings.

If you're still getting these warnings, please let a member of staff know.

Your guess is as good as mine! I've been dealing with the hell that is anhedonia since I was 15. When it was at it's worse I could dip my hand in freezing cold water for minutes and not feel anything, so please, when you find the answer LET ME KNOW.

Lol but seriously, here's a video I found of a guy sharing what works for him.

Personally, I haven't been able to try what he recommends (due to my shit circumstances) but I hope you find it helpful (:

Nothing I've done really worked, my anhedonia is so bad that I can pinpoint the exact moment in time where I last felt a glimpse of genuine joy. I can share the context of what I was doing at the time which helped a lot.

I have pretty severe anhedonia, but my brain has rewired a bit to gain back a little of what was lost. You have to fake it until you make it, and become very sensitive to any little emotion that pops up. It doesn't feel as in my face or real as emotions were when I was a kid, but it is something. My emotions are now very aligned with the rational part of my brain, like I'm 'acting' emotional in the play that is life. So more like manifesting external emotions rather than reacting to internal emotions.
