watching tv usually something animated, once in a while playing my ds, food, chatting with people here, occasionally leaving where i am.

Having things to look forward to is by far the best way I've found to cope. Seeing your fave band etc. Also spending less time online, which I never thought I'd say. Lol

Nice food, music (playing and listen), exercise (lots), fresh air, beaches, woods, being kind to people, playing diggers, puzzles, cool movies, hanging with friends, playing with the cats.

^ yeah so ideally this, but in reality not much of that, hence why I'm here in a way.

Lots of mental escapism, thinking of good memories from the past, imagination, drugs, running, party outfits, makeup, hair extensions and braids, music, men, I think about suicide constantly everyday

yes to having things to look forward to! it helps to be able to say "if I just make it through x amount of weeks/months I'll be able to see x" and then hopefully something else comes along to extend that again

although 3 shows I was planning to go to have been cancelled due to the virus so I'm struggling with this at the minute

I wouldn't say I cope with living, I just say I'm prolonging the inevitable.
I use drugs, alcohol, gaming if I have motivation and porn. Maybe TV shows if I can get myself out of bed.
