How do I test if my anchor point is strong enough?

Probably an obviously question. But I'm thinking of hanging myself off these stairs rails but are not sure if they're strong enough.

Take your ligature of choice, tie it in the manner that you expect to have it on the promised day.

Then shove something (e.g.: your arm/something cylindrical. NOT YOUR HEAD.) through the noose end and yoink that baby down in the direction you'd be going if that was actually you.

Observe for any wobbles and bends, listen for creaks and cracks. If you got those, it might not be a good idea.

Tie the rope at the anchor point. hang yourself there with your hands (!!!) and swing around for a few minutes. If it holds it will hold! That's how I would check the strength of an anchor point.

Not gonna lie the swinging part sounds super fun to just do as a bit. I'd so play it off like it was some do it yourself gym membership at home thing if someone was around to see.
