Help How do I not get scammed when getting SN??

Been trying to find out how 2 get SN from a reputable seller for a bit now. In Germany it's not available for private individuals. Well, it is, but only in a low Form for cooking and eating, so I need to get it from a seller, but every seller here seemingly has some sort of report of being a scammer.

How do I find reputable sources for SN?
