About 7 stories high, from a balcony, ~80kg mass, ~178cm

What's the correct position to be in and how do I maximize my chances of landing on head
also, would it be a good idea to use my arms to push from above, creating yaw to rotate me upside down?
any recourses for such things?

If you wish to be truly safe, it would be advisable to make sure to plan a jump from at least 100 meters. Unfortunately, resources on jumping are scarce when it comes to more than height, as the only thing that can truly be measured is observation of lethality.

Well, once you're off the building/bridge/structure, gravity will take care of the rest. Like others have said, higher is better.

Jumping has to be one of the hardest methods to overcome si. Wish you all the best.

I'm afraid you won't be able to control your fall to land on your head.

Somewhere I read you need to strengthen your arms and legs that way you will arrive with face down

It's better to fall than to jump, I think.

If you jump from high enough, let's say 150+ meters, you could tie a small stabilizer parachute around your ankles before you jump. It won't slow you down significantly, but it would guarantee a head first landing.
