I want to make a thread with pictures. When I use my iPhone and insert picture from camera roll, the picture disappears. How can I insert pictures?

Yeah, there seems to be an issue with that at the moment. I have also been noticing that I can't insert pictures saved on my device or copy and paste images onto my posts anymore. The only way to upload images here that seems to be working at the moment is by pressing the image icon and then using the insert link option.
