How can I get courage to CTB

I'm trying to hang myself but I don't have the courage to do it

Any Idea of how I can get the courage and finally CTB

some people are able to silence their SI by telling themselves they have no future without suffering and some benefit from stuff like alcohol. some have to do sn or inert gas because they can't work up the courage and some are just stuck here because even that is too much

Suicide really is just too unnecessarily difficult and it's inhumane how we cannot just easily leave this existence in peace. Sadly I just think there's no easy answers to the question, I envy those who succeded with this method, they were likely very determined, but anyway I hope that you eventually find the freedom you wish for.
