I realised there probably won't be something as convenient as SN or nembutal, there won't be something that i just take then sleep and never wake up, so, what about just destroying my body through various ways?

A OTC overdose probably won't be fatal alone but if i continuously keep overdosing my body's health should start deteriorating slowly and there should be some permanent damages, i'm ready to endure any type of pain as long as it's not something like burning in hydrochloric acid for days, i can even cut myself to lose blood so that my body's health status would become worse eventually, this is a very slow and definitely a painful if not very painful death, but would it eventually work? I don't think the human body is resilient enough to survive devastating injuries forever, i'd like harm my body in a way that let permanent damage unreversible since i would have some guarantee i'll die eventually regardless of how painful it's going to be, i do have trauma from my last hanging attempt so i'm not brave enough to go for hanging even if it's considered way peaceful than overdosing on OTC and refusing food and cutting myself and losing blood and just harming my body in a way that leads to a slow death, i'm also not brave enough for things like drowning or just jumping from a high building, i was in high buildings many times but i couldn't bring myself to just jump there, i don't mind a slow death so long as it's not taking more than a month

Maybe going around bumping your head all the time. Getting constant concussions or something. I think this would depend on the individual person's strengths and weaknesses.

Stop eating and drinking. Ignore the horror stories, it's a very peaceful way to go.

Meditation or something similar can help. I think one of the main reasons that seniors seem to be comfortable during VSED is because they are comfortable with death. So if you're mentally prepared, it should be pretty alright.

I crawled slowly down so a weird spiral incomplete knot was formed on my left hand, as a result i survived at the cost of my left hand nerves, I was also in the most unfavorable situation in where i can push myself through bumping inside a wall then pushing myself using legs, so i was just flying while my hand was being destroyed, SI took over me and i removed the nose from my head then shortly i fell into a small lake without my shoes, after this traumatic experience i don't think i'll ever have the willpower and courage to attempt suicide through a physically unfavorable method especially if it's hanging

It's still functional, there's a weird sensation in it once touched, but nothing bad, i don't think those nerves will ever regenerate/heal but as long as it's functional that's okay
