I think that it's a personal decision deciding what method is best for the individual, it depends on preferance and accessibility, you cannot expect other people to decide for you. Suicide can very unfortunately be very difficult in this hellish world but all that anyone can do, is do their own research which is the point of this site. I hope that you find the freedom that you search for, it's very much understandable wishing to finally be gone.
