I've heard of lots of people hanging themselves on the showerhead. However I'm not sure what weight you'd need to be in order for that to be supported.

i have the same idea as you. i'm guessing
-coat/towel rack (look up lyle stevik, he swapped rooms from one with a wooden rack to one with a metal rack).
-tie rope on a doorknob and throw it over the door of the washroom
hope i made sense and remember to please consider carefully.
