It looks so painless , do you think you'd ever suffer from choking or gagging or is it just that all the weight just causes you to go limp . I've been pretty fascinated with full suspensions lately

Well from what I read the regular hangings can be a bit more painful but not always. If you want painless then a long drop hanging is the way to go.
Do it high enough and you can actually decapitate your own head from the force (There is no surviving that haha). But one has to get strong enough rope and a very sturdy object to tie it to so I understand it's not the easiest thing to set up.

I was thinking perhaps a drop hang from attic but idk I think kicking a bucket would be a whole lot easier , although still for that imma have to get drunk first

Yeah it's easier, hardest part really is just making the knot and the right kind of knot. Just depends on what you have access to and what you are willing to endure. It can take awhile to die with a short drop hanging where as with a long drop hanging should always be instant death, if not then something wasn't done right. And the rope and object you hang from needs to be stronger than what you would use for a short drop hanging because with a long drop, your body weight will be putting a lot more force onto everything possibly leading to a rope snap or a collapse of the thing you hang from.

Hmm, I'm no expert in these things (Only investigating I'm good for is for detecting human anomalies in the Matrix, haha) for long drops I know there is a whole formula for the distance and rope strength you want according to your body weight. I seen it posted somewhere but I don't think I'm allowed to mention the site name publicly.
Not sure if they have that sheet here.

I'm not sure if you are planning on doing a long drop or just a short hanging but from what I see of your setup it might be too short for a long drop?
Not enough air time possibly (Hard for me to tell with video) and I worry about that beam for a long drop. But for a short drop it should be fine.

But yeah I haven't done too much research into hangings, I did somewhat awhile ago but now I am more of a SN and gun type of guy.

You need a good slip knot to shut off blood flow. Gravity dies the rest.
The long end of the rope goes through the loop.
