Hey guys; I'm looking for ny info on methods i can carry out at home under strict supervision (not able to buy anything or have access to anything more than some prozac due t prev attempts that failed)

Since you want to go for partial suspension, I guess you could use anything, since there won't be enough weight to break anything. For example, I often use my bathrobe belt to test partial suspension. Try to go for something on the thinner side, but not too thin. Avoid extension cords since they don't wrap around the neck nicely. Avoid anything too wide like a belt, for example.

The only think I have is the cord found in sweatpants and hoodies to tighten them. i could probably get away with buying a bathrobe tho. im not sure what i can use as a ligature or place to support hanging. im a bit retarded

Do you have access to a wardrobe with a horizontal metal rod inside?
Also keep in mind that partial suspension is very technical and hard to get right. You know you got it right if you can't breathe.

You mean trees as anchor point? Sure, that could work.
But I think the ligatures you got are too short for that.
Bed sheets could work instead of a rope against a tree.
Or wait, why not use the horizontal pole in the shower? That could work for partial.
Or if you have security bars on your window you could use them too. Or if you got a beam in the ceiling you could use that too.
Or if you got a suitable handrail you could use that also.
