Overdoses can be fatal (for example Amitriptyline), but usually in combination with other drugs. Very important is an antiemetic.
A proven combo is:
DDMA: Digoxin 100 mg, Diazepam 1 gm, Morphine 15 gm, Amitriptyline 8 gmLast edited:

Okay what if i mix setraline (50mg) clobazam concerta (54mg) then i get motion sickeness medication to prevent vomiting

Don´t experiment with any medications. Better follow a proven guide.You don't have nearly the amount it requires to kill you. Trust me, there's nothing worse than waking up from an OD attempt having failed.Similar threads
