Hi all. I'm new here and don't really know what to say other than I am grateful for Stan's SN guide. It's time for me to go. The when is the trickiest part.... I can't keep living my life for much longer.

Can u try? Sometimes getting the pain out can help..plz try..u would b surprised by how many of us here can relate n help...
U don't have to give all the details if it's too painful for u, but just an idea..(marriage, job, unemployment,abuse, physical/ mental issues)..Try us
