If fentanyl used for ctb than why cannot use heroine in ctb

I think it's because you would need a lot of heroin to do it. The amount needed is unreliable.

In comparison, fentanyl seems more reliable and requires less.

People OD on heroine all the time. Using a lot is the key. It can work.

Unreliable. Heroin is always watered down in some way or the other. Also it's hard to determine the lethal dose even if the heroin was 100% pure.
