Been using so long and now am on methadone as well, I'm afraid If I try to take a 'lethal' dose I'll just wake up after a good buzz

Serious question; what have you got to lose?

If you wake up after a good buzz, you've had a good buzz and you try again with more next time?

You don't. You acquire an extremely potent (and legal) nitazene instead.
