How easy would it be for you to acquire a small --22cf or 40cf-- cylinder of compressed nitrogen or argon, from a welding supply store, and a regulator/flowmeter? If that gas cylinder is available, an exit bag is easy to build, and the method is very peaceful.
Would you consider leaving Israel? Good EMS personnel are in high demand, and while I'm not worldly by any means, I can pretty much promise that most of the rest of the world has a lower-stress EMS working environment than in Israel. That might open doors into a new field entirely.
And I don't mean to be pushy, but having worked EMS, and felt the stresses, I want to help out a fellow first responder. It can be a hellish job even in a rural area like I was in. It almost ate me, and if we here can help pull you out of the jaws, so much the better. I wasn't a lifer, and I was in it for the firefighting rather than the EMS, but I learned that the sort of people who make careers in EMS are too good, too kind, too caring to let slide away without reaching out a hand toward them.
