Hey everybody. I am new here. I have been struggling for a really long time and I see no end in site as things just keep getting worse by the day. I just want out. I do not own a gun, and I have heard that most pills are not very reliable, as you are more likely to end up in the emergency room than dead. It appears that hanging is my only option. I have attempted hanging multiple times in the past, but I always end up backing out because I have a really low pain tolerance and SI kicks in and I panic. Is there any other reliable way that might not be so painful? Or is there something that I can take that will make it easier to follow through with hanging? Alcohol does not do it. I have tried that.

Yes I have. I have read about it some and I know that SN can be ordered by anyone off of Amazon, but prescriptions are required for the correct antiemetic that is needed so I don't vomit, and I have no way of getting a prescription for that.

SN is no longer available off Amazon because of lawsuits suing the company. Long story short the algorithm picked up on people buying SN and related items for the purpose of suicide and incidentally offered customers "suicide kits" by way of the "customers also bought..." feature
