I'm so sorry you're so very desperate. I understand. I do. It's very hard but the things you mention could all make everything much worse. If you could hold off now and look into other options this could improve your chances for a better outcome. I understand just wanting to go. Dear SaSu fellow sufferer I wish I could help. I wish none of us had to suffer so much.

These are not the best methods- paracetamol is extremely unlikely to work, pills work about 1.5% of the time in the u.s., and when pills work they are usually po0werful opioids- you could damage your kidneys or liver without ctb. Partial fails most of the time, and someone who ailed partila very recently, possibly even today or yesterday, is showing signs of brain damage but did not ctb- hopefully they will fully recover. Cutting works about 1.5% of the time in the u.s., it is very difficult to get this to work. Based on posts from a train driver here, train is about 70% effective (10 of 14 people he hit were killed) put the survivors often have amputated limbs, paralysis, brain damage, and other terrible injuries. Also one of the people who did ctb was in the hospital for four days. Key criteria to consider are success rates and what happens if ctb fails. This takees some research on the methods to find better methods here -we're not supposed to suggest methods so you would need to do some research around the site.

My heart hurts knowing how desperate you feel. I wouldn't wish that kind of suffering on anyone. As a healthcare worker, paracetamol overdose often fails and leaves you with even more pain and suffering than before. It's not an option that I would personally use. As for the train, I always worry about the trauma it would cause the conductor. I'm sorry I'm not of more help. I'm here if you need someone to listen.
I don't really think that the paracetamol overdose is a recommended method for ctb. It's well known that this would likely just lead to more damage. Cutting sounds risky as well. I think all that anyone can do is look at the information in the resources section and do research to decide what method is best for themselves. I wish that it wasn't so difficult to leave, I just hate this pro suffering society that wants to force us to suffer until old age.
I'm not saying you are, but try not to make this decision impulsively. It either can't be undone or will have other consequences if it doesn't work. Make sure you are 100% certain before attempting ctb.
