it is also worth trying Lithium Orotate. For 11 days for me it was the best time of my life. Some people have luck with it longer term. It can take two weeks, but it can be instantly calming. Check out the reviews of this supplement on Amazon, they are impressive.
I am personally trying Tramadol tomorrow for treatment resistant depression/anxiety. I know it can be risky, but I am going to dose it low. It has something like 80 ten out of ten reviews on drugs.com for treatment resistant depression and anxiety. I am so ill with depression, I'd try anything to escape it.
It is also worth looking into Kratom and Kava. The FDA is trying to ban Kratom, but it is actually a lot safer than many prescription drugs, and some people find it very helpful for anxiety and for depression. Likewise, Kava. Used sensibly (eg not in combination with lots of alcohol or anything that is hard on the liver), and with tolerance breaks, they can really help some people.
Also, I'm not recommending - but some people get relief from Lyrica/Gabapentin. The side effects are scary, but it's a risk/benefit analysis.
There's also propanolol if you haven't tried it.
