Is this a normal plan?
13:00 Start of fasting
14:00 METO
19:00 METO
22:00 ibuprofen 600mg + 10mg bisoprolol
22:15 3 meto
22:30 4 tablets Maalox (antacid)
23:00 20 g SN + 50 ml water
I weigh 50 kg
Spare drink SN in advance

this is very similar to my plan, except i will not take any b-blockers and antacids. there's been a recent commotion regarding antacids as it has been said that they delay unconsciousness, but still up to you. it's been stated in stan's guide after all.

Will you swallow the tablets without water? Or with a little water?

this is a mixture of both the 48-hour and stat plans.

forgot to mention how i'll stop all intake of liquid 2 hours before drinking the SN (except for when taking in the tablets) and will take the tablets with very little water because i have troubles swallowing them without some.

Hi, ive recently decided to go with sn too, i still dont get the stats part in stans guide...are you to undergo this method ona 48h plan? Or can you just do it in one single day?...anyway, i hope for elena's plan to suffice and wish for their peace in the other side.
