04:00pm 1 X 10mg Domperidone
12:00am(midnight) 1 X 10mg Domperidone

Day 2:

08:00am 1 X 10mg Domperidone
04:00pm 1 X 10mg Domperidone FAST BEGINS HERE
10:50pm 80 mg propranolol
11:00pm 600mg of Ibuprofen or 1000mg of paracetamol 2 HOUR WATER FAST
11:15pm 3 X 10mg Domperidone (30mg in total)
23:30pm Double dose of what is recommended on the label of the antacid. = 8 or 60ml of Milk of Magnesia
12:00(midnight) SN Drink 30mg

Anything i should change or add? What should i eat during these days?

Thank you for postings, I think it sounds OK from what I've researched and read I was going to use this method but found another source. Your brave as all the people here going to ctb

I'm new here I too am going to follow this plan but substitute domperidone for metpamid @10.45 pm day 2 take 20 mg of diazipam, omprazole for anti acid
sn for 270 × .80mg propranolol ( roughly 20 grams) . Was also considering 10 × 3.75 zopiclone @11-11.15 day 2 not sure though don't want to be to out of it to take the propranolol. I'm scared tbh but I've had enough, I chat here and can relate to people takes my mind off things but when left on my own it's hard all the thoughts come back

What should i eat during these days?

Indulge in your favorite meal/s - you have earned it - just be sure to not eat while you are trying to fast during the SN process.

Personally I wouldn't but that's just me both days seem necessary, just to be sure

ya tengo todos sus productos... y queria preguntarte si tomas propranolol habitualmente... o es 80mg la dosis recomendada para ctb con SN....???.... lo perfecto seria N .... pero es muy dificil no ser estafado hasta en dw..... Un abrazo para ti.

Hay muchas opiniones diferentes sobre este tema sobre el propranolol, lo tomo antes para que tenga tiempo de hacer efecto, sin embargo, he visto a algunas personas mencionar que lo mezclan con la bebida SN. Realmente no lo sé, estoy en el mismo barco que tú. Desearía que N fuera todavía fácil de obtener.
