Help Locating Syringes?

I know there are some people on here with knowledge of this sort of thing, so I figured I'd ask...

I'm looking for syringes. Ideally they'd be at least 3mL with super short needles. Like around 5mm would be perfect.

Does such a combo exist??? And if so, where might I find them? (Detachable needles are fine.)

At any pharmacy, drugstore. At least here in Europe. I bought three 0.5 to test some liquid, 3E

The shorter needles are what's tripping me up. Insulin pens have as small as 4mm needles. I was hoping to find similar for syringes.
